Privacy Policy
Effective Date: March 2, 2026 · Last Updated: March 2, 2026
The short version: Your creative work belongs to you. We do not sell your data, we do not train AI models on your content, and we do not share your personal information with third parties for their marketing purposes. You can download everything and delete your account at any time.
1. Who We Are
Sakme is a creative workspace operated by Agent-C LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). Sakme helps creators develop their work through AI-assisted tools that learn and adapt to each creator's voice and creative preferences.
For questions about this policy, contact us at privacy@sakme.ai.
2. Information We Collect
2.1 Account Information
When you create an account, we collect:
- Authentication data: Email address, name, and profile photo provided through Google OAuth or other sign-in methods
- Subscription data: Billing information processed through our payment provider (Paddle). We do not store credit card numbers directly.
2.2 Creative Content
When you use Sakme, we store:
- Your creative work: Projects, drafts, structured materials, and outputs you choose to save in the workspace
- Your workspace memory: Stored context, preference signals, and continuity data that help the service work better for you over time
- Your preferences: Signals about style, choices, and priorities inferred from how you use the product
- Your usage decisions: Actions such as accepting, editing, dismissing, exporting, or publishing content
2.3 Connected Sources
When you connect external services or imported sources, we:
- Access only the data types you explicitly authorize through OAuth consent screens
- Store only the data needed to provide the feature or preserve useful continuity inside your account
- Use read-only access wherever possible
- Allow you to disconnect any source at any time, which stops all future data access
2.4 Usage Data
We collect minimal technical data to operate the service:
- Session metadata (login times, feature usage patterns)
- Error logs for debugging (anonymized within 30 days)
- Performance metrics (response times, completion rates)
We do not use third-party analytics trackers, advertising pixels, or fingerprinting technologies.
3. How We Use Your Information
| Purpose | Data Used | Legal Basis |
|---|---|---|
| Provide the Sakme service | Account info, creative content | Contract performance |
| Personalize your workspace experience | Creative decisions, voice data | Contract performance + consent |
| Build continuity from your prior use | Session content, creative decisions | Contract performance + consent |
| Process payments | Billing data (via Paddle) | Contract performance |
| Improve the service | Anonymized usage metrics | Legitimate interest |
| Send service notifications | Email, notification preferences | Contract performance + consent |
4. What We Never Do
We make the following commitments:
- We never sell your data — to anyone, for any reason, under any circumstances.
- We never train AI models on your content — your creative work is yours. It is not used to improve models for other users. AI processing happens in real-time for your benefit only.
- We never share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
- We never access your connected sources beyond the specific permissions you granted.
- We never aggregate your creative data across users. Each account is an isolated environment.
5. Data Storage and Security
5.1 Where We Store Data
Your data is stored on Google Cloud Platform (GCP) infrastructure in the United States. All data is encrypted at rest (AES-256) and in transit (TLS 1.3).
5.2 Encryption and Account Security
Sakme uses industry-standard security controls to protect stored workspace data and account information. This includes encryption in transit, encryption at rest, and access controls designed to limit who can access operational systems.
- Access is limited. We restrict production access to authorized personnel who need it to operate, secure, or support the service.
- You are responsible for your credentials. You must keep your account and any connected-provider credentials secure.
- Security controls may evolve. We may update technical safeguards over time as the product and threat environment change.
Workspace content may be processed within our infrastructure while responding to your requests or operating requested features.
5.3 Publishing and Persistent Records
If Sakme offers publishing, marketplace, or provenance features, some publication-related records may be persistent once created.
- Publication metadata may be retained to support auditability, attribution, or marketplace operation
- Some records may not be immediately reversible once content has been published or distributed
- Feature details may vary depending on the publishing system in use at the time
Where a feature creates persistent publication records, account deletion may not remove every externally published or already-distributed record. We will describe any such behavior in the relevant feature flow when it exists.
5.4 Account Isolation
Sakme is designed so each account operates as its own workspace. We use logical separation and access controls to prevent ordinary cross-account access.
5.5 AI Processing
When your content is processed by AI providers on your behalf, the content is used to respond to your request or operate the feature you selected.
- Shared only as needed to provide the requested response or feature
- Handled under the applicable provider and infrastructure terms in effect at the time
- Not sold by us or shared for third-party marketing purposes
5.6 Quality and Safety Review
Sakme may apply internal quality, integrity, or safety checks to outputs and workspace activity in order to operate the service responsibly and improve product reliability.
6. Your Rights and Controls
6.1 Access and Download
You may request access to your data and, where supported, download a copy of your saved workspace information. Available export formats may vary by feature.
- Creative projects and saved content
- Workspace memory and preference data associated with your account
- Connected source metadata where applicable
- Account and notification settings
We aim to provide exports in practical, portable formats where reasonably possible.
6.2 Deletion
You may request deletion of your account. Upon deletion:
- All account data is permanently removed within 30 days
- Saved creative content and workspace data are scheduled for deletion
- All connected source authorizations are revoked
- Billing subscriptions are cancelled
- Anonymized, aggregated usage statistics (which cannot identify you) may be retained
Persistent publication records: If you used a feature that creates public, marketplace, or otherwise persistent records, deleting your account may not remove those records everywhere they were already published or distributed.
6.3 Correction
You may update or correct account information and workspace preferences through available account controls or by contacting us.
6.4 Personalization Controls
Depending on the feature, Sakme may offer controls over personalization, remembered context, or connected sources. Availability may change as the product evolves.
6.5 Data Retention
We retain data for as long as needed to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements, unless you delete the relevant data or account first.
6.6 Connected Source Control
You may disconnect connected sources at any time using available account controls. Disconnecting a source stops future access from that point forward.
7. Cookies and Tracking
Sakme uses only essential cookies required for authentication and session management. We do not use:
- Advertising cookies
- Third-party tracking pixels
- Analytics services that share data with third parties
- Browser fingerprinting
8. Children's Privacy
Sakme is not intended for users under 16 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we learn that we have collected data from a child under 16, we will delete it promptly.
9. International Data Transfers
If you are located outside the United States, your data will be transferred to and processed in the United States where our servers are hosted. We ensure appropriate safeguards are in place for such transfers, including compliance with applicable data protection regulations.
10. Third-Party Services
Sakme integrates with the following categories of third-party services:
| Service Category | Purpose | Data Shared |
|---|---|---|
| AI model providers | Creative content generation | Prompt content for real-time processing only |
| Payment Processing (Paddle) | Subscription billing | Billing information only |
| Authentication providers | Account sign-in | Email, name (from OAuth provider) |
| Cloud Infrastructure (Google Cloud) | Data storage and compute | All account data (encrypted) |
| Connected Sources (user-authorized) | Content ingestion | Read access as authorized by user |
11. Open-Source Engine
Sakme is built on Seitiate, an open-source creative engine (seitiate.com) licensed under AGPL-3.0. The open-source engine can be self-hosted by developers who want full control over their data. When you use the managed Sakme service, you benefit from the same engine with professional hosting, managed updates, and the Sakme experience layer.
12. Changes to This Policy
We will notify you of material changes to this policy via email and/or an in-app notification at least 30 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of Sakme after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
